Guests use our local day center from 7:00am-6:00pm where they can
receive case management services, pursue employment, shower, and do
laundry. The day center provides guests with a mailing address and a
base for housing and employment searches. Guests are also provided
lockers where they can keep their belongings and there is a large
storage closet where they can get daily toiletries and other supplies
they may need. There is a nursery, playroom, older kid’s room,
job-searching room with a phone for personal local calls as well as a
computer to work on resumes. There is a large living room area with a
kitchen table as well. There are two large refrigerators and a microwave, which guests are welcome to use; however, host congregations provide three meals a day.
